“ LOVE THIS PLACE. The menu is a delightful blend of fresh, locally sourced ingredients that really shine in every dish. We started with the Roasted Beet Salad, which was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The main course, a perfectly grilled Ribeye, was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The sides were equally impressive, with the Truffle Mashed Potatoes being a standout. The service was top-notch, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable. “ We came here on a Saturday night around 5. We were greeted at the door and asked if we had a reservation. We did not, but we were allowed to sit at the bar. Please consider making a reservation before coming here for dinner. We were given a dinner and lunch menu (I’m sure the lunch menu was an accident), and a wine list. I had to ask for the full drink menu (again, I think this was an accident as our waitress was surprised they had a booklet that only had their wine listed). We decided to go with a couple drinks to start. I got something with tequila and dragon fruit (3/5 - I thought it would be sweeter but was very heavy on the tequila flavor) and my husband got something with bourbon and lime (5/5 - this was absolutely delicious and I don’t normally like bourbon). We skipped appetizers and went straight to dinner. I got the scallops and they were 5/5 delicious! My only gripe was, though this is a higher end restaurant, over 30 for 3 scallops, mashed potatoes and mushrooms/spinach is on the expensive side. My husband got steak which he said was also 5/5 delicious. The fresh herb butter was his favorite part of it. The service was very attentive and we overall really enjoyed our evening! ”

“ This place was pretty cool. I went here after a long day looking for a nice meal and a glass of wine. Roots95 delivered on both. I had the Roots Pie, which was a nice spin on a Shepard's Pie. I thought it was just a smidge too sweet, but overall, I thought it was really good. For dessert, I had the limoncello cake. This is not a dessert I would typically pick, but the bartender did a nice job convincing me that I wouldn't be disappointed. She was correct, it was excellent. The lemon was subtle, and the cake was covered in white chocolate shavings. I'm very glad I listened to her recommendation. ”
“ This restaurant had been on my list for a while, so we finally decided to stop in for dinner—and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. We started with the spinach dip (cucumbers on the side for me). For our entrees, I had the Scallops while my boyfriend enjoyed the Steak Diane—both were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. Highly recommend! Our waitress, Lindsey, was fantastic. Even though she mentioned she was new, she did an excellent job explaining the menu and was incredibly helpful when I asked for food accommodations due to dietary restrictions. The manager, Shannon, was also wonderful, stopping by to check on us and ensuring we had a great experience. Overall, we had an amazing time, and I highly recommend stopping in! ”
“ Make reservations. We started with cocktails and were pleased with flavors, but alcohol was light. Korean short ribs and spinach and artichoke potstickers were excellent. Loved the roasted pear and blue cheese flatbread, but was light on blue cheese. Hangar steak was very flavorful and you can't go wrong with the parmesan fries. Needed salt and pepper at the table. Staff was average but had issues with the Toast platform. Will return. ”
